At InfoTeCS, I plan and coordinate conferences, industry forums, trade shows, webinars, business breakfasts, and private expert meetings in B2B IT and cybersecurity. I take projects from the initial brief through delivery and post-event review.

I created a repeatable partnership workflow covering company research, outreach, qualification, participation formats, and agreements. For Marketing Stars 2026, I coordinated partner and sponsor activity; the conference brought together 700+ attendees, and sponsorship packages covered 50% of the event budget.

I manage vendor proposals, scopes, budgets, and timelines, reducing project costs by more than RUB 2 million. I also maintain event and partnership records in CRM and handed over 500+ contacts to Sales; Sales recorded a potential pipeline above RUB 30 million over two years.

Before InfoTeCS, I delivered events at EVENTYON, including workshops and celebrations, from client brief and concept through delivery and feedback. I’m available for remote part-time work from Georgia.
