At SOFTWAREONE, I implemented Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid models for initiatives involving Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, Ecopetrol, Hocol, and XM Internexa. This included the cloud migration and upgrade of CCB’s registral services systems.
I facilitated three to four development teams at a time, supporting Scrum and SAFe events and working with Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlogs. I also managed risks and dependencies, escalated impediments, and shared progress and delivery metrics with stakeholders.
As a Project Coordinator at SOFTWAREONE, I managed up to eight multidisciplinary teams and budgets above COP $80 million. I coordinated schedules, resources, and deliverables across regulated and mission-critical sectors.
Earlier, at CHOUCAIR TESTING, I designed and executed functional, regression, and exploratory tests and coordinated UAT. At INGENIAN, I analyzed functional requirements, modeled processes, created prototypes, and validated functional and acceptance tests.
