I'm currently preparing detailed personal injury demand packages at The Ward Law Group, reviewing medical records, calculating damages, drafting demand letters, and tracking case milestones through legal management software.

I work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and clients to keep documentation complete, accurate, and on schedule. I provide clear case updates and manage document requests with a strong focus on client service.

Previously, at CIEE Santiago, I supported program operations through scheduling, meeting coordination, reporting, data entry, and stakeholder communication. At Data Vimenca, I maintained CRM records, resolved customer service issues, and helped improve the client experience.

I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Management at PUCMM. I bring multilingual communication in English, Spanish, French, and Haitian Creole, along with experience in business operations, documentation, client relations, and cross-cultural coordination.
