At Alliance International Recruiting Agency SRL, I managed more than 500 participant cases per year across four J-1 exchange programs, from application intake through visa documentation and program completion.
I coordinated directly with InterExchange through its Dashboard and validated participant documents against sponsor requirements and J-1 regulations. For the 2024 season, I prepared and submitted roughly 700 consular profiles, scheduled embassy appointments, and coordinated visa and program fee payments against a fixed deadline.
I also created practical tools for recurring work, including a Google Apps Script system for collecting consular documents, a color-coded payment-deadline calendar in Google Sheets, and HTML templates for participant profiles and program communications.
Having participated in Summer Work and Travel USA in 2021 and 2022, I understand the process from the applicant side as well. I work in Spanish and advanced English (C1), and I'm available for remote work aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
