Je suis ingénieure d'études en bioinformatique formée à l'Université de Montpellier avec un Master en Bioinformatique et une Licence en Biologie. Je combine des compétences en analyse de données NGS, apprentissage automatique et bioanalyse, ainsi qu'une solide maîtrise des tests statistiques.
J'ai réalisé plusieurs stages et missions en bioinformatique (INRAE, CIRAD, CNRS, IHU) où j'ai automatisé pipelines, assemblé et annoté génomes, et effectué détection de mutations et contrôle qualité de données.
En tant qu'assistante ingénieur informatique chez K2S conseils, j'ai créé et maintenu bases de données SQL, extrait et intégré données génétiques et phénotypiques, et développé un graphe Neo4J pour structurer l'information.
Je travaille couramment avec Python, Snakemake, Jupyter, bash, GitLab et environnements Linux; je privilégie l'automatisation reproductible, l'assurance qualité des données et des workflows robustes pour produire des résultats exploitables.
