At GenEval, in collaboration with INRAE, I designed and implemented data-processing pipelines for genetic evaluation workflows, including billing, genetic index computation, and automated data ingestion. I also collaborated with scientific teams to automate workflows using Python.
At GenEval, I developed a notification module using the Microsoft Graph API, maintained internal Python tools, and migrated an application from Python 3.6 to 3.9. I also deployed applications to production environments.
At MayaneLabs, I migrated a legacy PHP/MySQL application to Python Flask and PostgreSQL (PostGIS) for a climate change vulnerability diagnostic tool. I developed REST APIs, automated report generation, and geospatial ETLs.
Earlier, I analysed and visualised time-series data for a wastewater treatment process at SUEZ International / Atos Worldgrid. My research work included four peer-reviewed papers and presentations at five international conferences.
