I'm pursuing a Master's in Biostatistics/Bioinformatics at the University of Nantes, building on a Bachelor's in Biotechnology from the University of Tirana.
During my internship at Intermedica Sr., I used Python to visualize HDL, LDL, and cholesterol data across age groups and performed statistical analysis to assess changes over time. I've also used R and SQL to analyze laboratory data, create databases, and produce targeted visualizations.
My hands-on laboratory background includes DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, gel electrophoresis, ELISA, spectrophotometry, cell cultures, and molecular diagnostics. I also build database and web solutions with SQL, PHP, XAMPP, HTML/CSS, Python, Bash, and C++.
