What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my enterprise IT support, systems administration, and migration experience in a role where I can improve service delivery, resolve complex incidents, and help users work productively.

At GuideWell Sanitas, I deliver Tier 2/3 support for onsite and remote teams across regional offices, resolving complex incidents within strict SLA response times.

I manage provisioning, access permissions, and security policies through Active Directory and Microsoft 365. I also led a remote corporate domain migration across regional branches with zero business downtime.
