I’m a results-driven sourcing and telecommunications professional focused on procurement, vendor management, contract compliance, and order provisioning. I bring strength in RFx processes, strategic supplier sourcing, and cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale infrastructure projects and keep deliveries on track.

In my current role as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist IV, I serve as a single point of contact for interconnection and edge initiatives, managing 30–35 monthly orders with 90%+ first-pass accuracy. I source telecom network services through RFx (including dark fiber, DIA, IP transit, colocation, and cross-connects) and validate pricing and contract terms to ensure compliance with rate cards and service schedules.

Previously, I supported contract and provisioning operations by aligning supplier order forms to Master Carrier Service Agreements (MCSA), improving order accuracy, reducing costs, and minimizing delays. I’ve maintained SLA compliance through proactive tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution—while also training teams to strengthen QC standards and reduce errors.

Earlier in my career, I coordinated high-volume service installations and maintenance workflows, managed communications between customers and technicians, and ensured data integrity through precise documentation. Across roles, I’ve consistently streamlined order lifecycle processes for VoIP, MPLS, VPN, and cloud services—bringing process improvement, risk mitigation, and disciplined execution under tight deadlines.
