I’m an operations and strategic sourcing leader with 25+ years of experience driving large-scale telecom network deployments. I specialize in vendor performance management, contract negotiations, multimillion-dollar budget ownership, and cross-functional program execution across engineering, field operations, sourcing, and maintenance.
