I'm looking to build practical AI, data, and automation products where I can own delivery end to end, work closely with stakeholders, and turn operational problems into measurable improvements.

At Facility Plus Services, I lead the ERP Workflow Observability Platform from business case through delivery, directing two contractor developers and bridging stakeholders with engineering execution.

I architect AI systems on Azure AI Search, MSSQL, GPT-4o, and Redis, including a dual-lens root-cause analysis engine, hybrid runbook classifier, scheduled health reporting, and conversational resubmission workflows for failed ERP runs.

Previously, I built failure-rate models, Teams-based risk alerts, NL2SQL chatbots, dashboards, and automated reporting workflows that cut reporting turnaround by about 70% and eliminated roughly 10 hours of weekly manual work.

I've also delivered analytics engagements across sales, HR attrition, demand forecasting, and churn, and built RAG systems, browser extensions, forecasting models, NLP classifiers, and full-stack web applications.
