I am looking for opportunities in a supportive environment where I can grow and apply my skills in ticketing and travel operations.

I am a motivated and enthusiastic individual with specialized training in Ticketing, Reservation, and Travel Operations. I completed a 6-month certificate at the National Aviation College, where I gained practical skills in flight booking, customer service, and travel coordination. My education has equipped me with the knowledge necessary to excel in the travel and tourism industry.

During my apprenticeship at the National Aviation College, I assisted in ticket reservation tasks and practiced customer handling and booking. I am eager to deliver excellent service and contribute positively to a team. My goal is to grow within the industry and leverage my skills to enhance customer experiences in travel.
