What I'm looking for

I'm looking for finance-aligned project roles where I can improve delivery visibility, process compliance, reporting automation, and cross-functional coordination while continuing to build financial depth.

At Splus Software JSC, I built real-time OT, EE, and resource dashboards across 40+ projects and scaled a Process Compliance Verification framework across 80+ projects. My work improved delivery visibility through scoring logic, evidence tracking, automated reporting, and Slack notifications.

I also trained 47 new hires and 88 team members on QA processes, Redmine, and R&D tools, while supporting SQL learners at UEH Academy of Technology and Design. I bring hands-on strengths in data analysis, workflow automation, process compliance, and cross-functional coordination, with growing financial knowledge as a CFA Level I candidate.
