I analyzed user behavior and conversion data to identify website improvements, and designed companion product recommendations using prescription data and purchase history.
I planned the Bargain Chemist mobile app from 0 to 1, covering prescription management, health shopping, recommendations, notifications, and account management. I also designed prescription fill and refill flows and supported integration with Shopify and Toniq.
At Hongxun Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd., I planned and implemented supply chain and data platform products. I led a legacy system re-architecture, and the resulting system improvements increased response speed by approximately 300%.
