At Little Tiger Academy, I manage daily operations, staff, and center administration. I recruit, hire, onboard, and train employees, and process payroll while maintaining confidential HR records.

I also create staff schedules, support budgeting and expense tracking, and lead team meetings, performance coaching, and employee support. I use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for reporting, scheduling, and communication.

At CleanWithBri, I managed payroll, budgeting, and financial records, coordinated employee and client schedules, and oversaw daily business operations. I also maintained business documentation and provided client service and administrative support.
