I am a dedicated Senior Associate in Operations Business Solutions with a focus on underwriting and issue management for Hong Kong Operations at AIA Shared Services. My role involves supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for various applications, ensuring operational efficiency, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business processes.
