What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can investigate fraud, translate operational data into actionable risk insights, and build AI-powered workflow automation that helps teams make faster, better decisions through practical technology.

I'm a technical fraud and risk analyst with 2.5 years of experience across fraud investigations, insurance operations, and business systems enhancement. My work sits at the intersection of operational problem-solving and technology, where I use data, automation, and AI to improve decision-making and reduce manual effort.

Outside of work, I independently designed and built two production-ready AI applications using Python and the Claude API. One is an AI-assisted claims assessment platform that reduces recommendation time from around 15 minutes to under 5 seconds, while the other automates job discovery and matching workflows.

Professionally, I've investigated fraud patterns and billing anomalies, delivered structured risk recommendations, supported UAT and system enhancements, and worked with stakeholders to improve operational processes.

As a contributor to the GIA Shift-tech cross-insurer fraud intelligence network and a former Singapore Police Force officer, I bring disciplined investigation, evidence-based decision-making, and a strong focus on solving complex operational problems.
