What I'm looking for

I'm open to mid-level and managerial opportunities across Human Resources and related functions, including HR management, administration, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, talent acquisition, HR operations, and administration. I'm open to opportunities in Abuja, Lagos and Ibadan.

At Taidob College Abeokuta, I managed HR and administrative responsibilities supporting a workforce of approximately 200 employees. I supported the filling of 50+ vacancies across teaching, administrative and support positions, and handled recruitment from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection and onboarding.

I also managed employee documentation and attendance records, handled employee relations and disciplinary processes, and worked with management on staffing decisions and policy implementation. Earlier, as a Junior Architect / Site Supervisor at Deluxe and Partners, I supported site supervision and coordinated with workers and other project stakeholders.
