At Camelot Trade / Bulatochka, I sell to entrepreneurs and small companies, from prospecting and qualifying needs to negotiating offers and following orders through delivery. I expanded one customer's request for a single machine into a PLN 10,000–12,000 bundle with matching attachments.
I set a monthly revenue target of about PLN 15,000–20,000. When enquiries dropped, I added video reviews, rewrote offers and re-contacted earlier prospects; I also keep in touch with customers about repeat orders and add-ons.
As a Real Estate Agent with a rental agency in Wrocław, I consult clients by phone and messaging, handle objections and negotiate terms through to a decision. I generate enquiries through social content and track clients, deal stages and tasks in Asari CRM.
