Project scope includes assessment of linguistic accuracy and spoken intelligibility, with evidence-based judgements supported by concise written rationales.

20+ years teaching General and Business English to adults, teenagers and younger learners, individually and in groups, in classroom and online settings. Conduct placement and diagnostic assessments using CEFR-informed criteria; evaluate written and spoken performance, including grammar, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation, intelligibility and communicative effectiveness.

Coordinated a team of seven translators in Vojvodina within the Italianissimo EU integration project; managed assignments, terminology consistency, translation memory and quality review, and liaised with the Serbian Government's Office for European Integration.

Studied English Language and Literature, with a BA in General studies and an MBA in Translation and Interpretation. Final examination and diploma completed in 2011.
