Yegetaneh Firew
@yegetanehfirew
I build Web3, AI, and full-stack products for Ethiopia and Africa.
EthiopiaWhat I'm looking for
I'm building transparent digital infrastructure for Ethiopia and Africa at Nestanet Labs, where I co-founded the venture and shaped its product direction, brand identity, and technical architecture.
I designed Alen, a room-booking marketplace concept for the Ethiopian market, including its supply-side landing page and full Next.js engineering specification. My work spans fintech and consumer marketplace foundations for future launches.
I've built production-minded Web3 and AI systems, including NahttyOS, a Telegram-based AI personal assistant that processes 500+ autonomous workflows daily. I also engineered DeFi, stablecoin, tokenization, credit-scoring, and peer-to-peer exchange products that contributed to reaching 10,000+ users across crypto and accommodation products in Ethiopia.
As Team Lead of the CSEC ASTU Blockchain Community, I lead Web3 education and developer onboarding. I created a Solidity bootcamp, built a soulbound proof-of-attendance contract, and authored a smart contract audit SOP for community projects.
