I’m seeking a remote non-voice customer service role supporting US-based companies through chat, WhatsApp, and messaging. I bring experience handling daily requests accurately and on time as a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant in Cali.

In that role, I kept inventory records using a Warehouse Management System and coordinated with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and keep operations running smoothly.

I’m studying Network Engineering, which strengthens my technical troubleshooting and helps me explain solutions clearly. I speak Spanish, English, and Italian, and I’m available for day, night, or rotating shifts.
