I’m a Senior QA Analyst with experience in test validation, manual testing, and defect tracking, focused on delivering stable, high-quality releases across multiple platforms. I bring strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset grounded in SDLC, STLC, and Agile testing workflows.

At Tech Mahindra, I lead QA validation and defect management for critical application releases. I monitor live builds and production environments, act as the primary escalation point for high-severity defects, and coordinate testing and resolution with development and QA teams to recover quickly and prevent recurrence. I also drive defect trend analysis, maintain release stability metrics, and support large-scale game testing and release validation.

Previously at Tech Mahindra, I performed end-to-end manual testing across Salesforce mobile applications (Slack, Salesforce Mobile, and Salesforce Authenticator) for Android and iOS. I executed functional, regression, smoke, and system testing, wrote and maintained 400+ detailed test cases for AI feature integration, validated Salesforce AI capabilities in enterprise messaging, and supported RLHF (Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback) testing workflows through requirement analysis, test planning, and test design.

During my Hexaware internship on the META project, I conducted manual testing across Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp—designing and executing test cases, tracking results, and resolving UI/UX and data-quality issues. I also ran Ad-hoc AR/VR testing on Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest Pro, and performed accessibility testing using Narrator and NVDA to improve usability and compliance.
