At Tech Mahindra, I lead manual testing for VR, Unity, and Unreal gaming applications, authoring test plans, test cases, and requirement traceability matrices with 100% requirement coverage.
I've supported 43 major releases and helped reduce post-production defects by 50% through thorough functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and end-to-end testing.
I validate backend responses, payloads, and HTTP status codes with Postman, and use SQL queries for database validation, data integrity checks, and test-environment setup.
I work closely with developers and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, logging and verifying defects in Jira and Trello to resolve issues before release.
