I’m an ISTQB Certified QA Engineer with almost 6 years of experience, known for being analytical, detail-oriented, and highly client-focused. I drive process improvements that enhance product quality while making testing faster and more reliable. I work confidently in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused software solutions.

In my most recent role as Sr. QA Engineer at Expand My Business (EMB), I created test plans and executed system, API (Postman), and UI/UX testing aligned with requirements. I logged and tracked defects using Jira and maintained versioned test reports for transparency and execution quality. I also participated in sprint demos and weekly client calls to support requirement analysis and improve test efficiency.

Earlier, as Quality Analysts II at CAW studios, I led manual testing for web and iOS applications, creating and maintaining functional and regression test cases. I coordinated with developers to validate new features, ensured release stability through regression suites, and took ownership of production releases with final QA sign-offs. I also supported delivery by contributing to Agile Scrum ceremonies and providing weekly status reports to management.

Across my Software Tester experience at Neosoft Technologies and other teams, I designed and executed system and regression test cases, raised/tracked/retested defects in JIRA and ASANA, and maintained detailed pass/fail/skip reporting. I also built strong ownership habits by independently managing production release readiness. Alongside my manual expertise, I’m actively growing in automation—my internship at StarAgile strengthened my end-to-end automation skills using Playwright, JavaScript, and Selenium WebDriver (plus learning Appium for mobile)—and I’m pursuing further automation training in Java, Selenium, API testing (Postman), and Cypress.
