At Tech Mahindra, I test Meta’s WhatsApp Consumer platform across messaging, voice and video calls, media sharing, payments, e-commerce integrations, and AI-powered smart replies. I design and execute functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end tests, identifying critical defects before production releases.
I automate UI scenarios with Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Maven, and Page Object Model frameworks, while validating APIs through Postman and data through SQL. I collaborate in Agile delivery, manage defects in JIRA, maintain test code in Git/GitHub, and have earned multiple Bravo Awards for release-quality contributions.
