I’m a Senior Quality Engineer with 11+ years of experience delivering quality for enterprise SaaS and business-critical applications. I focus on the full QA lifecycle—from requirement analysis and test strategy through functional, automation, API, and end-to-end testing to support reliable releases.

I’ve delivered end-to-end quality engineering for Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CMS, and Einstein AI products. I collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, and Scrum teams to drive quality from early validation through release verification, while defining test strategy and designing comprehensive enterprise test scenarios.

I’m known for practical quality improvements at scale, including maintaining over 400 functional, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios and leading release validation across 10+ quarterly releases. My technical toolkit blends automation and integration testing: Selenium (Java), Playwright (JavaScript), CodeceptJS (with POM), and API validation using Postman and Salesforce Workbench with REST APIs. Across industries, I’ve tested web, mobile, cross-browser, and cross-device experiences and supported analytics validation where reporting accuracy matters.
