What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use my CRM, data management, call handling, and documentation experience while continuing to grow in client support, administration, or legal environments.

I've handled customer data, lead verification, and inbound and outbound calls as a Transfer Agent at Turbo Debt. I verify customer information in VanillaSoft CRM, maintain call records, and transfer qualified calls to senior agents.
