I redesigned voice flows for low-literacy users, replacing text menus with regional-language conversational prompts and validating usability with 20+ community members.

In 6 weeks, I delivered a handoff-ready MVP with full PRD, user journey maps, and a 5-screen Figma prototype—optimized through sprint learnings and mentor feedback. I also improved stakeholder alignment by introducing a weekly 1-pager that translated AI model outputs into plain-language product decisions.

My capstone centered on an agentic workflow, where I designed an n8n + ElevenLabs agent that reduced user effort by 75% by collapsing a multi-step advisory process into a single-turn voice interaction. I paired feature scoping (P0/P1), OKRs, and measurable success metrics—task accuracy, user retention, and language coverage—to drive a clear go-to-market plan.
