I support Velux through HCLTech’s SAP S/4HANA AMS, handling incidents, service requests, and RITMs within defined SLAs. I monitor and troubleshoot IDoc flows for EDI order processing and help keep the SAP C4C–SAP SD integration running smoothly.

I run daily monitoring for S/EDI order batch jobs, proactively spotting failures and resolving issues. I also work on SAP SD configuration tasks like enterprise structure setup and output determination, plus LSMW data migration for master and transactional data updates.

Earlier at Bhatia Alloy Forgings Private Limited, I worked on the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP SD for a greenfield project. That work included requirements gathering, blueprinting, and configuration, alongside workshop/training participation to strengthen SD functional understanding.

I’ve handled NPD, Domestic, Export, and Scrap sales processes in SAP SD—covering order management workflows, regulatory compliance, and coordination with sales, finance, and logistics teams. I’ve also supported customer complaint management, built training materials, and developed SQVI reports for business reporting needs.
