In my current role as a Business Analyst at Reckitt, I am part of the Central Team responsible for master data alignment, deployment, and testing of the Distributor Management System (CRM) called Newspage. I have successfully deployed the CRM on-site for a pilot distributor in Indonesia and conducted CRM walk-through trainings for the Indonesia IT&D team. I am currently assisting ASEAN and EUANZ markets with CRM integration and data management. I work closely with vendors and market POCs to resolve issues and oversee change requests related to CRM globally.
Prior to this, I worked as an Account Manager at Webesocial, where I managed online campaigns for clients across various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, Twitter, LinkedIn, Spotify, and OTT platforms. I also handled new business development, analyzed campaign performance, coordinated with designers for ad creative, and ensured closure of client liabilities and dues.
