I’m seeking a Business Analyst role where I can bridge business and IS teams, translate needs into clear requirements, and use data, KPI reporting, and process improvement to deliver measurable outcomes.

At Axis Bank, I manage dealer-channel performance for two-wheeler loans, turning raw sales data into Target vs Achievement KPI reports, growth opportunities, and data-driven sales plans.

I translate dealer and stakeholder needs into workable process changes while balancing targets, timelines, and regulatory requirements. I use Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Figma to support reporting, analysis, dashboards, and wireframing.

Previously, I defined campaign requirements and performance tracking at NextDoor Dukan, and co-ran Campus Oxygen, a student venture serving 700+ students. I’m seeking a Business Analyst role bridging business and IS teams.
