I'm looking for growth. I want a team where I can take on real problems, learn from people better than me, and see my work make an actual difference. I'm a fresher, but I'm impatient to improve, and I do best where results and effort are recognised. Long term, I'd like to grow toward product roles, and understanding how a business and its tech team work together is the best way to start.
