What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote role in retirement services, financial operations, or participant services.

At Genpact / FIS Global - Reliance Trust Company, I support 401(k) participants with account and plan questions, including withdrawals, hardship distributions, rollovers, and plan loans. I research accounts and explain available options to support accurate transaction processing.

I also assist with contributions, loan payments, account maintenance, and basic federal and state tax withholding questions. In this high-volume service environment, I build participant rapport while meeting service and adherence expectations.

Before retirement-plan servicing, I worked in banking and lending at Achieva Credit Union, Suncoast Credit Union, and SunTrust Bank. My experience includes member transactions, ACH and wire transfers, loan applications, and underwriting support.
