I've improved production logistics at Voith Turbo in Munich by developing a capacity-planning system based on customer requirements and volumes. I also optimized line supply and material flows using Lean principles.

I led container-circulation calculations and introduced a GLT/KLT pooling concept to reduce costs. I supported AGV implementation for internal container transport and waste disposal, managed packaging data sheets with PackAssistant, and implemented RFID-enabled automated reordering.

At KIRCHHOFF Witte, I analyzed logistics processes with Excel, Power BI, and SAP, documented external-logistics cost automation, and worked with operational teams to identify improvements. At Vitesco Technologies, I standardized quotation-process data and templates, responded to semiconductor safety-stock inquiries, and prepared monthly supply-chain reports.

I'm certified as a Lean Master and Black Belt in Six Sigma and bring Industrial Logistics and Business Administration education. I work across process optimization, project management, workshops, and training in German, English, French, and Arabic.
