At DP World Wilhelmshaven, I led logistics optimization projects across sites in Germany and Amsterdam, and supported the DP World Europe BPI team on projects for Volkswagen in Wolfsburg. I applied Lean and MTM methods and served as Lean Champion and Site Lean Manager for Wilhelmshaven.

My work has included logistics planning, warehouse layout projects, KPI reporting, and coordinating systems such as SAP, COGLAS, and Excel. My training includes Kaizen A3 Yellow Belt, MTM, Lean Facilitator, Change Management, Data Analytics, and Supply Chain Fundamentals.
