At LINE MAN Wongnai (Product Department, Hangzhou Office), I translated core business pain points in the Southeast Asian marketplace into actionable PRDs. I defined project scope and success metrics using A/B testing and causal inference frameworks to align global stakeholders on data-driven outcomes.

I conduct in-depth analytics on core food delivery metrics—GMV, convertion rate, and fulfillment rate—using SQL and R.
