I’m a Finance Engineering graduate from Jilin University at Zhuhai, with a strong grounding in Econometrics, Financial Data Analysis, Financial Econometrics, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and Project Asset Valuation. I bring a disciplined, numbers-first approach to both valuation and execution, backed by a 3.56/4.0 GPA and practical experience across deals and markets.

In quant work at Aseity Capital, I spearheaded a Funding Rate Arbitrage strategy for high-volatility crypto assets. I monitored rate differentials in real time across Binance, Bybit, Bitget, Gate, and OKX, and achieved a 95.75% weighted average return during Jan 2025–Mar 2026 by dynamically adjusting hedging positions. I kept market risk exposure within 5% using 30-day rolling average decision-making and a 2x ATR dynamic stop-loss mechanism.

On the investment banking side, I’ve driven Nasdaq IPO deal origination and underwriting support, including feasibility analysis reports for 10+ projects and drafting Investment Memorandums that supported negotiations with 2 Strategic Investment Partners. I’ve managed end-to-end due diligence, guided financial reorganization and reconciliation to meet audit requirements, and independently designed Cayman-BVI Red-Chip structures to optimize tax efficiency and regulatory compliance. I also coordinated with underwriters and US legal counsel on the F-1 Prospectus, including responding to SEC feedback and supporting issuance execution.

Before that, I worked as a Financial Advisory (FA) analyst and supported pre-IPO and post-investment activities. I led valuation and expert interviews, matched opportunities to SOC and USD funds, and helped close RMB 80 million in funding for 2 projects through precise investor targeting.
