I've led analytics, data-product, and risk-control work across Web3 social, stablecoin public-chain, short-video, live-streaming, gaming, and content communities. I turn business questions into KPI systems, tracking, dashboards, analysis, and measurable optimization loops.

At MX Player and MX TakaTak, I built anti-fraud and anti-abuse data products that helped prevent approximately RMB 14 million in potential losses, reduced false positives by 80%, and saved about USD 100,000 annually through an in-house A/B testing platform. More recently, I delivered operational and risk-control dashboards and web pages for an HKD stablecoin public-chain project, spanning KYC, transaction rules, sanctions screening, anomaly handling, and audit trails.

In my current Web3 social role, I lead company-wide product, commercial, operational, and channel analytics. I focus on acquisition quality, activation, retention, content and community health, monetization, data governance, and risk signals that help teams prioritize roadmaps and act quickly.
