At Immfly Group, I run the PMO for a €7M portfolio of nine client and product projects. I delivered onboard retail programs for seven airlines, rolling out the solution across 300+ aircraft and lifting onboard sales and revenue by approximately 15%.

I built Immfly’s PMO from scratch and led a two-year merger integration with a global airline catering group, coordinating workstreams while live operations continued. I also manage project scope, budgets, risks, and cross-team dependencies.

Earlier, I worked in procurement and supply chain at Grupo Peñaflor, Exiros, Grupo Techint, and ExxonMobil. My work included rolling out an Oracle purchasing program across four plants, reducing warehouse material shortages from 28% to 12%, and closing a manufacturing contract worth more than $7.5M at ExxonMobil.
