I’m a Product and Operations Analyst with US-based NGO experience and a strong grounding in Agile delivery, requirements documentation, and process optimization. I translate business and program needs into BRDs, user stories, workflows, and actionable insights using Jira, Confluence, and Excel.

In my current role as a Program Director / Operations Analyst (Remote, Contract) with Humanity Pathways Global, I translate organizational and program needs into BRDs, process flows, and user stories to support structured delivery. I manage workflows in Jira, Confluence, and Trello, build Excel-based KPI dashboards for leadership and funders, and produce data-driven insights for risk management and prioritization.

Previously at Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), I’ve documented operational processes and staff performance metrics, producing monthly analytical reports for management decision-making. I also support large-scale infrastructure projects by reviewing technical documentation, tracking progress, ensuring compliance, leading data collection across multiple projects, and validating costs through contractor valuations and market analysis.

Earlier at Family Health International (FHI 360), I managed asset and logistics data across multiple locations and improved an online order-tracking workflow to increase request processing efficiency and transparency. My education (MBA and MSc in Engineering Project Management) and hands-on business analysis training reflect my commitment to clear documentation, disciplined tracking, and continuous process improvement.
