At BrainRocket, I led QA delivery for 15+ B2B and B2C projects and more than 100 product features, supporting zero-rollback releases across web and mobile platforms. I managed up to 20 QA engineers across six cross-functional teams, built QA processes around team maturity, and aligned testing, automation, metrics, and release goals.

I've also built and released a native Android app, Price of Time, defining its requirements and architecture while creating Appium and pytest E2E automation integrated with GitHub Actions and Qase TestOps. Earlier at SoftTeco, I delivered QA for international web and mobile projects, set up test processes from scratch, and worked directly with clients on requirements and release readiness.
