I've built QA processes from scratch for ServiceNow platforms, mobile products, enterprise systems, and Gen AI work assistants. At Mobiz IT, I led quality for distributed ServiceNow projects and three Gen AI initiatives serving different clients.

I led a QA team of up to four, onboarded new hires, and supported developer mentoring across a multicultural remote engineering team. I plan testing, verify requirements early, investigate defects across system boundaries, and balance risk-based coverage with delivery timelines.

For ServiceNow, I completed Automated Test Framework training, planned automation coverage, reviewed ATF tests, and piloted Playwright integration using GitHub Copilot for code generation. I also use Postman and Swagger for API testing and AI tools to support test planning and execution.

Earlier, I set up QA practices for startup MVPs at Tappollo and led mobile QA for travel products at Fareportal and iOS products at Depositphotos. I'm actively deepening my work in AI-assisted testing while continuing to improve product quality through clear communication and documentation.
