Reviewed business requirements, system documentation, and compliance deliverables to ensure alignment with user needs and internal standards, and coordinated stakeholders to support project delivery and continuous improvement.

Gathered and analysed business requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional requirements and solution options. Produced BRD/PRD, process flows, functional specifications, user flows, system architecture documentation, and UI/UX mock-ups, and supported UAT and sprint delivery.

Monitored and supervised daily activities on board the Federal II Floating Storage Offloading (FSO) under the supervision of the department supervisor. Supported daily monitoring of FSO operations, assisted oil-lifting entitlement calculations, and prepared FSO monitoring reports.

Supported maintenance and repair planning across Engineering, Production, Quality Control, and Planning & Production Control. Designed marine machinery and systems, including piping, electrical, and general arrangement, in line with maritime classification standards and regulatory requirements.

Completed the Junior Business Analyst Program at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. from 2020 to 2021.
