I’m a driven IT student and Service Desk professional who helps users get back on track through clear troubleshooting, remote/onsite support, and disciplined incident handling. In my roles, I configured and deployed laptops for onboarding/offboarding, handled first-time login setup including MFA and Intune enrollment, and kept devices secure with OS/platform upgrades and antivirus scans.
I also bring strong ownership of service workflows—logging and managing service requests in ticketing systems, performing BIOS setup and hardware/peripheral support (including printer maintenance and RAM upgrades), and supporting IT asset/network tasks like device MAC reservation and device lifecycle updates.
