At Impact Advisors – Montage Orthopaedics, I support about 60 patients per day with communication and appointment coordination for a U.S. orthopedic practice. I schedule and reschedule appointments, and work with patients, physicians, and clinical staff to coordinate access to care.
I verify demographics and insurance eligibility, update electronic medical records, and handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements. I use Epic and NextGen EMR platforms; I completed Epic training but am not Epic-certified.
As an independent physical therapist, I evaluated and treated pediatric, geriatric, orthopedic, neurological, and oncology patients. I developed individualized rehabilitation programs and managed clinical documentation and follow-up.
