I’m looking for a remote Intake/Care Coordinator or Mental Health Virtual Assistant role where I can run warm intake, scheduling, follow-up, caregiver communication, and accurate documentation—supporting ABA/telehealth with calm, confidential care.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish, native) psychologist with hands-on clinical experience in autism and behavioral support, and several years of remote, client-facing customer and technical support.

In my work, I focus on the practical parts behavioral health and ABA practices rely on most: warm client intake & onboarding, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-up to reduce no-shows, caregiver/family communication, and accurate record-keeping—calm under pressure and grounded in clinical confidentiality.

Clinically, I’ve supported autism-spectrum beneficiaries with assessment and behavioral support planning, and I’m comfortable preparing psychological and psychoeducational materials. I’ve worked with psychological assessment tools and AAC systems including PECS/PODD and ARASAAC pictogram workflows.

I’m seeking a remote Intake/Care Coordinator or Mental Health Virtual Assistant role with a behavioral health, ABA, AAC, or telehealth practice—where I can combine clinical understanding with reliable operations using CRM systems, EHR/EMR tools (including SimplePractice and TherapyNotes), and clear, empathetic communication.
