What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote project or program management role with an organization working on climate, sustainability or international development in Latin America. I do my best work with clear goals and deliverables, async-friendly teams, and close work with funders, governments and partners. Open to full-time, part-time or contract work, in English or Spanish, on GMT-5.

I'm a bilingual project manager (Spanish native, English C1) based in Colombia, with 5+ years delivering climate and sustainability projects across Latin America and the Caribbean.

I’ve managed a €1M+ portfolio in six countries funded by GIZ, USAID, WWF, EPRM and IIED, covering work plans, budgets, donor reporting and partnership agreements. I also led a fully remote team of about 15 people. I’ve led a 54-country carbon-market analysis that became the policy team's strategy, contributed to the standard's approval in Mexico, and prepared its alignment with Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.

Today I co-lead Orange Hands, a Colombian circular-construction company that recovers wood from demolition and renovation and manufactures certified structural timber with material passports. I run its partnerships and funding proposals with GIZ, SENA, Camacol and the Colombian Green Building Council.

What I bring to a remote team: clear plans and budgets, donor-grade reporting delivered on time, persuasive proposals in English and Spanish, and working relationships with governments, funders and companies across LATAM. I work async-first in GMT-5.
