What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a compliance-focused role where I can research legislation, manage training and disclosures, and help teams stay fully aligned with company policy and law.

I’m a Compliance Specialist and Office Coordinator focused on keeping teams aligned with company policy and legislation. At Zeiders Enterprises, I tracked employee completion of required training, managed databases of training, disclosures, and communications, and analyzed employee data related to conflict of interest disclosures.

Before that, I interned across departments including Business Development, Human Resources, and Security, Ethics, and Compliance. I researched both National and International legislation for presentations, created reports on internal conflicts of interest, and drafted an edition of the Employee Handbook—work that strengthened how I research, document, and communicate compliance.
