At Future Gear Team, I operated two London tech repair stores as Director, Head Engineer, and Level 3 Technician. I led three employees, managed financials and KPIs, negotiated with suppliers, and introduced operational and marketing strategies to support growth.

I diagnose hardware and software faults across motherboards, CPUs, screens, batteries, memory, storage, Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. My repair work includes soldering, component replacement, BIOS and firmware recovery, and using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic software.

Previously at ERC Tech, I resolved mechanical and electrical faults, reduced downtime through effective repairs, trained junior engineers, managed stock, and supported customers professionally. I bring a practical, customer-focused approach to every repair and operational challenge.
